Cancellations & Refunds

What you pay for

Starter resume and cover letter templates on MineResume are free. Some layouts are premium and unlock with a one-time payment through Razorpay. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Cancellations

Because purchases are one-time unlocks rather than a recurring plan, there is nothing to cancel after payment. You keep access to the unlocked template on the account used at checkout.

Refunds

Digital template unlocks are generally non-refundable once the purchase succeeds and the template is available to download. We will review a refund request if:

• You were charged but the unlock or PDF download failed after you contacted us
• You were charged twice for the same unlock
• The payment was unauthorized

Email support@mineresume.com from the address used at checkout, include the Razorpay payment id if you have it, and we will reply within a few business days. Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay back to the original payment method.
